How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our secured website. You can also call us at 1-866-305-7915 to place your order.
When are orders processed?
Orders received after 3pm Est on any business day, will be processed the NEXT business day. While your order is being processed, please allow at least 7 business days to pass before inquiring about your order.
How can I pay for my purchases?
We currently accept payments through PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or any major credit card. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use PayPal!! PayPal is used to help protect your purchases.

When is my credit card or PayPal account charged?
Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged on the day your order ships.
When do you ship?
We ship on business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays and they are not counted as business days. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, any order with shipping to a P.O. Box will be delayed.
What shipper do you use?
We currently ship all orders USPS. We realize USPS is just as fast and effective as other carriers and cost a lot less to you, the customer. For free shipping, we reserve the right to choose which carrier to use.
How much is shipping?
We are currently offering a Flat-Rate shipping of $8.95. For all orders over $95.00, shipping is FREE.
Do you ship to Canada?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada at the moment. We ship to the Contiguous 48 States.
How do I view and track my orders?

I am trying to place an order but there is no "Add to Cart" button, how can I order this item?
If you are trying to place an order and the "Add to Cart" feature isn't there, it just means we currently do not have that item in stock but will carry it again once the manufacturer gives up an availability date. Please check back often for updates .
What is your Return/Exchange policy?
At Your Baby's Needs, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund/store credit or exchange less any shipping and handling fee charges incurred.
All returns/exchanges must be accompanied with an authorized in advance, please contact us with any questions or concerns. Please send your package, including your return and exchange form via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return unworn items to us and we will gladly issue you a refund or credit your account for a future purchase.
- All items must be new condition, clean, unworn with all tags attached and in it is original packaging.
- All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging.
- We must be notified within seven (7) days of receipt that you intend to return merchandise.
- We will not accept any merchandise without a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without a valid (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization. To obtain a RMA Number, please email us mailto:contact@yourbabysneeds.com
- Returns must be completed within fourteen (14) days.
- Returns must be accompanied by original receipt (or invoice)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
- Credits for return merchandise will be issued within 20 days after receipt of the returns.
- All tags must still be attached to garment
- Shipping charges paid are non refundable.
- Returns purchased with any discounted offers (including Free shipping, sale item etc) will invalidate the discount provided.
- Garment may not have been worn, used or washed
- Items not returned within 14 days or not in original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Merchandise ordered and refused upon delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee plus shipping paid will be non refundable
- We will credit your credit card for the amount of the merchandise only. We cannot refund shipping charges. Credit will be provided in the exact manner as payment was received. For example, credit cards will be refunded to your credit card, PayPal via PayPal refunds only.
- Any issues or specific conditions not covered in this Return Policy are reviewed by our staff on a case by case basis. Please contact us for a prompt resolution to your issue by sending an email.
- Your Baby's Needs has the right to update and/or amend this return policy at any time without any prior notification to you or any affiliated parties.
Can we return personalized items?
Personalized items cannot be returned since it was personalized specifically for you.
